HEI Fees

At HEI Schools Saigon Central, a standard academic year consists of two (02) main semesters, spanning a total of 41 weeks. Additionally, a 6-week summer semester is available, offering extracurricular programs beyond the regular academic calendar.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is 10,000,000 VND and is a one-time, non-refundable payment required upon enrolment.

This fee covers essential administrative processes to prepare for admission, including scheduling, parent-child interviews, student database registration, and other procedures outlined in the HEI Schools Saigon Central enrolment policy.

 

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees include:

  • All educational materials, tools, and access to high-quality facilities throughout the term, semester, or year.

  • Educational trips and practical field experiences.

  • School counselling services designed to support well-being and the development of emotional intelligence.

  • Preparation and issuance of detailed report cards and documentation.

 

Additional Fees

The following services are not included in the tuition fees and are charged separately:

  • Meals during daycare, including two main meals and two snacks.

  • School uniforms and sleeping mats.

  • Transportation services.

  • Extended daycare services (after 5:00 PM, up to 6:00 PM):

    • 120,000 VND per day (without dinner).

    • 170,000 VND per day (including dinner).

  • Special medical care (if required) and mandatory health insurance for Vietnamese students.

  • Summer Semester (6 weeks)
